Our History
Harmony House LLC was founded with a commitment to helping individuals achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Individualized Home Supports (IHS), we provide personalized, person-centered services in the home and community.
We partner with individuals and families to build meaningful skills, promote personal growth, and support greater independence. Through individualized support, family collaboration, advocacy, and access to resources, Harmony House is committed to empowering each person throughout their journey.
Meet Our Founder
Audriana Vassel, M.A., BCBA, IBA, LBA
Founder & Owner, Harmony House LLC
Audriana Vassel is the Founder and Owner of Harmony House LLC and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. A proud Jamaican, Audriana brings a culturally responsive and person-centered approach to behavioral health, advocacy, and community-based services.
Her professional experience spans school-, clinical-, home-, and community-based settings, with expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), autism services, child development, positive behavior support, caregiver training, clinical consultation, staff development, and professional mentorship.
Audriana earned her undergraduate degree in International Development and Social Change (IDSC) and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) candidate, expanding her expertise in integrated behavioral health, leadership, and interdisciplinary care.
Audriana founded Harmony House LLC with a vision to provide compassionate, individualized services that recognize the whole person, not simply a diagnosis. Through ABA and Individualized Home Supports (IHS), Harmony House promotes independence, strengthens meaningful life skills, and supports individuals and families in achieving an improved quality of life.
Drawing from her Jamaican heritage and professional experience, Audriana is also passionate about expanding behavioral health education, consultation, and culturally responsive services throughout Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.

OPEN ROLES:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise ABA services to support meaningful progress.
Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping individuals build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
IHS Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Professional
Provide personalized support in the home and community, assisting individuals with daily living skills, community participation, and achieving greater independence.
